Controversial opinion: I don’t strive for perfection🌸

And I’m okay with that.

I think this picture is a perfect example. At first glance - pure beauty. Nature in it’s most precious form encapsulated artfully. And then you look more closely and see this and that and some of you, especially those in my profession, might be cringing. Or thinking “I would never”. But I would, and I don’t mind. Because looking at this, I think - I’ll do better next time. I know what to do differently. My next one will be cleaner, prettier.

Live and learn and stop beating yourself up about it. I’ve spent far too much of my life bullying and hating myself and I can promise you - it won’t change anything.

Christmas may be long gone but I still wanna know - what was your favourite gift you gave & got this year?🎁

Mine is a tie between the vintage mini duffel bag from that is now my work bag and a blanket hoodie.

My favourite gift I gave was to my partner - I made him a floating clothing rack for all of his jerseys and he was totally surprised and loves it so much.

I can’t wait to hear all about yours🥰

These beauties are going to two very special homes this Christmas, the poppy specifically is going to my parents in Arizona who bought it specifically bc they knew how much I loved it and didn’t want to let it go. But now I will get to see it again and that makes my heart happy💕

‘s bouquet preservation. Every piece curated, handpicked and crafted with the boho flower queen in mind🧡

I am madly in love with how we used her botanically, custom dyed ribbon by Botanist’s Closet in the frame and to hang her add-ons. Every single inch of it was used and it compliments the flowers so, so perfectly.

It was truly an honor to create such a beautiful thing for such a beautiful person. Love you, Misha💕💕💕

My first ever broken frame💔

This one was a huge learning lesson for me. The back panel of glass broke during transit so these beauties spent a lot of time in a box before they got to be hung in their forever home.

They’ve been there for a while and, despite how long it took and how messy the whole situation was, my client still said thank you and how beautiful they were. I didn’t feel like I deserved the thanks, but I appreciated it so, so much.

As makers we have to go through these situations to learn and become better. The amount of lessons I have learned these past two years…mind blowing. But it has led me here and I believe next year will TWF’s best yet.

Massive thank you to all of those who gave me grace while I was learning, failing and figuring it out. I will always be eternally grateful to you.
