Dancing is pleasant, fun but at the same time it can be the opposite if you don't know how to do it.The quality of the dance movement helps the dancer or the person dancing to make progress. If one would like to have a good foundation, one must set a goal and make the sacrifice to achieve it.

Progress comes from quality.
