Well hello there. I am Sherina White, The Gourmet Dinner Lady, lover of all dining experiences, a good gathering and gin!

So what do I do?

Deluxe grazing boxes as featured at food festivals, private or corporate events (also delivered as gifts for those looking for something ‘special’)

Comfort cooking to stand out, unique grazing food and drink menus, all prepped lovingly using local ingredients with a very clear goal in mind: enjoy every mouthful whilst taking your time and bonding over plates of delicious, fresh meals.

Pop - up dining in venues ranging from village halls, old garages to pubs, bars, hotels plus much much more.

As a mum of 5, cooking hearty meals for my brood (who all have differing tastes), ensures a menu is in place featuring classics with a twist and developing new dishes using random ingredients (essentially anything I have in at the time!). Big family living has given me a love of food sharing, where everything is placed in the middle of the table and feasting takes hours. It encourages people to try new things, food they may never consider when handed a huge individual plate.

As a backing singer for over 20yrs (singing for world class acts including Kylie Minogue, The Gorillaz and Florence & The Machine plus many many more), I’ve had almost every dining experience you can think of. From street food in Hong Kong, freshly caught fish during boating (ok, they were really swanky yachts but no one likes a show off!) in Australia and posh grub in the most unsuspecting pubs across the world (many ‘off the beaten track’ establishments in the UK) to amazing cuisine in the finest restaurants, fish and chips on beaches, room service in varying star rated hotels and festival or tour catering backstage at famous venues, no food has gone untouched or unappreciated.

By combining the two, bringing all these memorable times back to my dining table, sharing with friends and hosting legendary parties, events and dinner engagements wherever I go, has prompted the birth of my special ‘bit of something new’.....The Gourmet Dinner Lady.

Fun, engaging, energetic and a lover of every genre of music, I am sharing my unique style of cooking and hosting people from all walks of life at some of the often forgotten, lost, unexpected (some never considered) venues across the country plus food festivals and pop - up events, proving that ANYWHERE can be a great place for a dining experience if the food, drink and company is on point!

Think of The Gourmet Dinner Lady as two worlds colliding; amazing international foodie experiences via world music tours and the mum cooking, hosting, pouring drinks and enjoying gin.....one dinner service at a time!
