- Le lundi 6 mai à 21h: Aude Moulard Pépé Bistro - Phnom Penh / Cambodge, puis Jules Selukov - Moon Restaurant Bergen / Norvège

Cette nouvelle série de 4 épisodes propose de découvrir quatre chefs français, jeunes et créatifs: Aude Moulard, Elody Tchuente, Jules Selukov et Arnaud Marchand. En cuisinant à l’étranger, tous exportent avec talent la gastronomie française au-delà des frontières.

Nous rencontrons les chefs dans leurs pays d’adoption -au Cambodge, en Angleterre, en Norvège, au Canada- à l’œuvre, en cuisine, entourés de leurs équipes, dans les lieux et les paysages qu’ils affectionnent, et observons les complicités établis avec d’autres chefs et les producteurs de produits locaux.

Mais pour tous aussi, le point de départ de cette aventure culinaire, c’est la France. A leurs côtés, nous découvrons ce bout de terroir embarqué avec eux à l’autre bout du monde.

Cabillaud cooked in Papillote ✨🍽

Swipe to see one of the best way to preserve the fish moist and have it bathing in spiced vegetables juice.

Here the fish is flavored with a few fennel seeds, penga pepper, paprika, smoked salt, parsley and cooked in mushrooms and tomato juice all lovingly wrapped, and finish with a filet of olive oil.

The steam nicely infused the vegetables and preserves the fish texture ❤️‍🔥

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt (Monday – Friday). Delivery outside London via third party courrier with tracking number. Please note, we don’t ship on Weekends or UK public holidays. Our dispatch time might be slightly longer during peak times such as around Christmas.

Between your private events and catering, those 4 months off the gram, flew by !

I might have gotten involved in my first Tv show with 📺✨🙈 it was such an amazing experience and kinda like made me réalise I 100% want my own show around the wonderful culinary experiences and destinations we love to explore together so I’ll look into that more at the end of the year !

We also had the honor to cater for the crew of an upcoming Tv show ( involving one of my favorite American rapper 😭), those NDA won’t let me tell you more before the show is released early 2023, but you can be sure I’ll share picture as soon as I can ahahaha

The fettuccine are rolled and cut by hand made from a blend of semolina, T55 and green purée, I’ve also used eggs for the dough but we’ll try again without and with more green purée ✨💚

Triple cooked yam, Brussels sprout, kale & roquette salad, sauce champignons 🍲

Yam is an edible tuber, staple food across Africa, also popular around Latin America and use in Chinese medicine. The flesh of the vegetable is soft refer to as the "meat", ranging in color from white/yellow to purple or pink.

Some varieties can be eaten raw, while some require soaking or boiling for detoxification before eating.

Here the yam is boiled in court bouillon, oven baked, before simmering in sauce before service- fantastic earthy flavors cut by the creaminess on the sauce ✨🌪⚡️
