1. You must purchase minimum of 1 - 2 bags of balloons to qualify for a Reseller Discount. Shipping days: Mon to Sat
2. All resellers are required to have 1 transaction a month to maintain their RS status.
Reseller Guidelines: Terms & Conditions
1. Reseller selling price must be same or higher than our current retail selling price. The standard lowest price at which products can be advertised is the current retail price. We will monitor prices among our resellers and will make sure that the standard pricing is being followed.
2. Business inquiries and orders will be entertained Mondays thru Saturdays from 9:30am to 6:00pm. ❤ CUT OFF PAYMENT = 2:00 PM Late payment will be shipped the following day.

4. We do not accept rush orders. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.
5. Reservation is strictly 2 days only. It will start from the time we send the SALES ORDER to confirm your order. Failure to settle payment within that period will automatically result to order/s cancellation.
6. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We ship Mondays through Saturdays excluding holidays. You will be notified once your order is shipped.
7. We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as change of mind, wrong order etc. We inspect each item prior to shipping to ensure your items are free of defects. Keep in mind, that we always conduct investigations prior to approving any return or exchange request.
8. Reseller discounts and prices must be treated with confidentiality. Hence, the information provided by Colortex Balloons to its resellers must be considered private and confidential.
9. Registered reseller is an independent business person. This does not make you an employee or agent of Colortex Balloons. This does not give you the authority to represent Colortex Balloons.
10. Colortex Balloons will not be held responsible for any transactions our resellers have with their customers.
11. Prices of our products are subject to change w/o prior notice.
12. Rest assured that we will be treating reseller’s personal information with utmost confidentiality.
13. Colortex Balloons reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions when it is necessary without giving prior notice.
