當好多人食完個“真”鮑汁豬手都再要問我地用邊“枝”鮑汁。。。
我決定同大家介紹下我地今轉代煮既“南非24頭乾鮑”
經過 七七四十九日浸發，清洗，再淆湯（下省一段...)咁呢盆鮑魚既主人就有好餸過節啦！😉
咁鮑汁係邊度買到一枝。。。唔洗再問我啦下話？

冬陰功是怎樣練成的。。。
飲過我地冬陰功湯既人都知道，除左隻蝦夠大😍!個湯亦好香濃!😙。重。點。係。！！！飲完唔會口干😜
因為，我地真係用大量海鮮去淆製個湯底，而唔係用即食醬包左溝右溝。。。
整1次湯底要好幾個小時，所以每次一出都會全面沽清！😑真相係個份量唔多。。。
各位記住！唔訂其實真係會冇ga ！
