So Very Thankful
As I’m working into the wee hours of morning, I can’t help but stop and think about how thankful I am for where my business has come. I opened my business exactly two years ago. TWO YEARS AGO!!!! Two years ago I told my husband that I didn’t want to go back into the venue world and that I wanted to start my own planning company. Two years ago I decided that I didn’t want a boss dictating my schedule. So within two days, I all of a sudden had my business registered at my local county office and was ordering my first set of business cards. ME, a mom of two who’s goal in life was to be a stay at home mom all of a sudden had my own business. A girl who has a Bachelor’s Degree & Master’s Degree NOT in business, all of a sudden running a business. Now, after two years, 75 weddings, adding 6 amazing staff members, and a whole lot of lost sleep, I am sitting here feeling humbled and blessed for how far I have come. Lasting Memories Weddings and Events is a blessing from God and a chapter of life I never dreamed of having. Without Him, my husband, and my brides, I wouldn’t be where I am today, and I wouldn’t have the amazing experiences, stories, and memories I have with each one of my clients. Cheers to the upcoming Fall weddings of 2019 and to all of the new and great adventures LMWE has in front of us!
