Tomorrow we will be offering Smoked New Zealand racks of lamb! They’re topped with a rustic chimichurri and will come with 2 sides of your choice. I highly suggest preordering because we only have so many racks available! Lamb is the hardest meat to cook because it goes from perfect to over cooked in seconds!
