Birmingham’s Next Hot Dog Contest, ALOB’s annual pup pageant raising money for animals in need, is just around the corner. Join us at Avondale Brewing, Sunday, November 6th. Registration from 12-1:30. Contest begins at 2. We have food, vendors, winner prizes, door prizes, and more… 🏆
Dogs of all shapes, sizes and breeds will compete in different categories. Cost to enter the contest is $20 to enter one category and $5 for each additional category. Some of our categories are Most Talented, Best Dressed, Sassiest Senior, Most Squeezable Puppy, Best Looking Female, Best Looking Male, Cutest Couple, and more!
Let’s talk PRIZES because we have a TON! Each contestant receives a goody bag and an additional chance to win prizes. Winners in each category will go home with the coveted ALOB winner’s ribbon. The Hottest Dog (overall winner) receives bragging rights, a prize package, and the Hottest Dog trophy!
Anyone who participates in the contest or donates at the door will be able to vote on our Coolest Dog (people’s choice) and have additional opportunities to win door prizes. The winner of the Coolest Dog will receive bragging rights, a prize package, and the Coolest Dog trophy!
