About last week…oh my goodness I want to post every single picture from this event, because it’s one of my most favorite things to create. In a world today where it’s always a “hurry up and get to the next thing” kind of vibe, I loved being able to create this space for a group of 40 women to pause, sit down, fully immerse themselves in God’s beauty all around them and enjoy an evening of face to face intentional conversation in a beautiful setting.

We don’t pause enough. We don’t take deep breaths and look people in the eye enough. We don’t take the time to enjoy the beauty around us enough. In a time of to-go meals and paper plates, I want to pull out the good china because every day truly should be a special occasion. None of us are promised tomorrow, so let’s enjoy the beauty today.

Celebrating that SEVEN years ago this month we opened the doors of Sweetwood Creative Co., and it’s been a wild amazing ride ever since! The incredible clients we’ve met, the amazing vendors we’ve partnered with, the top notch team we’ve built…it just keeps getting better!

Jamie is a wife, mama, dreamer and doer. Prior to launching Sweetwood, she worked for ten years at one of the largest churches in America, North Point Community Church. In her tenure there she designed, produced and executed wildly creative large scale events and environments for thousands of young singles all over Atlanta, while freelancing weddings on the side.
