It's been a wild ride over here for the past couple of months! Lots of thoughts and prayers have gone into the decision for me to step down from my full Director of Marketing job as of May 24th. This will open up my schedule dramatically not only for my kids but also for sessions. I still will only be taking a limited number of sessions per month so I can get galleries out in timely fashion as I am also coaching volleyball. I am as always, forever thankful for my clients who have been steady through every season of my career!
So, with all of that being said. If you are wanting a session in 2024 NOW is the time to put a deposit down!!

Hailey's Spring Senior Mini- she landed from her lesson and we were able to get photos of her with the two planes that she FLIES!! Senior sessions shouldn't be cookie-cutter!!
I have been even quieter on social media; busy doesn't begin to cover it. I am beyond blessed that I am busy creating art whether that is marketing, graphic design, interior design or photography!
So what does that mean? I will have extremely limited sessions for 2024. With my current commitments; it is going to be super hard to be available to shoot and have time to edit! I will only be taking a couple sessions a month and only seniors will be new clients. I wish that I could continue to add to my "client family" with my family sessions but I'm only one person and just cannot handle any additional family session clients at this time!

I've yet again been a little quiet on my social media! I have been swamped with work, shoots, volleyball, kids schedules etc! I have loved having a "slower" month of only shooting a couple sessions in January and this session was the SWEETEST! I am loving going through and edited this family's sweet celebration of their little one's arrival!

✨I've been so fortunate to have had such an incredible year in 2023! It feels like just yesterday we were discussing the graduating class of 2021, and now we're already fast-forwarding to 2025! Time truly does fly by.
First and foremost, I want to express my immense gratitude to all of my clients. Without your trust and support, I wouldn't have been able to capture those important moments in your lives. Being able to document your memories and milestones is truly an honor.
As I look ahead to this year, I've made the decision to primarily focus on Senior sessions. These sessions have truly become my absolute favorites and fill my artsy soul. It's a privilege to be able to capture each unique senior and for them to look back on their gallery in years to come.
If you head over to my website, you'll find detailed packages available for Senior sessions and if you want to guarantee a session, message me for deposit details! But don't worry, this doesn't mean I won't take other types of sessions. You can't get rid of me that easily! I'll still be available for various shoots and events. However, due to the increased demand for Senior sessions and the desire for a healthier work-life balance, my availability may be more limited than before.
I understand that this change might be frustrating for some, especially when it comes to scheduling 🍁fall photos or other sessions. But I believe it's important to find a balance between work and family. This year, I want to spend quality time with my loved ones even in craziness of fall!
So, while I may not be as readily available for every type of session, I can assure you that I'll pour my heart and soul into the ones I do take. I want to continue creating beautiful memories and capturing the essence of each individual or event I have the pleasure of photographing.
Thank you once again for your continued support and trust. I am genuinely grateful for every opportunity to capture the important moments in your lives, and I'm excited for the upcoming year of Senior sessions and beyond. Let's make 2024 a year of unforgettable memories and stunning photographs!

Hello all you fabulous people!! I am shooting & editing away like a crazy person!! Know that I am working as fast as possible to get your galleries out to you during the busiest month of my year! Some galleries will be delivered even before I post sneak peeks due to how busy I am!
October is SLAMMED full of wonderful fall sessions and I am not able to take any additional ones! It sells out every year and this year has been no exception! I am taking limited early November sessions as well and have some space available still.
I am doing something I've never done in 16 years of owning this amazing business. I will not be shooting at all in December! I need the time to catch up with any final edits for this years last sessions, time with family and honestly time for my brain to rest after a crazy and wonderful fall!
As always, thank you for keeping me so busy year round- it still blows my mind that I get to create art for a living and people trust me to capture some of their biggest life moments!

I am selling 2 of my DSLRs as I have 4 right now and only have 1 wedding left! I am selling a Nikon D600 with a brand new shutter replaced by Dodd Camera for $450 and a Nikon D800 for $650!

Class of 2024 - you have kept me BUSY!!! So busy that I have to close my books for September!! If you have not already inquired about a session unfortunately I am completely booked for September! I am beyond thankful that yet again, I am able to do this!
I have very limited spots for October as it’s already pretty full and I would love to spend time with my family during my favorite month 🍁

Hi guys! I have been more quiet than normal with sneak peeks but I assure you the shooting of gorgeous sessions hasn't slowed down! Below I have some "house keeping" items that I feel need to be addressed to have a successful fall season!
1. My rates have been raised for sessions. I have not raised my rates in YEARS because I never want money to be a reason for a family to not have photos; but realize I have to raise them to be competitive and worth taking the time away from my family. If you want a mini session they will be $225 or a full hour session will be $415. My rates are NOT negotiable and I will not move forward with clients who try to make them. I have done this far too many years to not value my own time and work.
2. I am taking much more limited sessions this fall as I work full time, but also need time to enjoy my kids sporting events and actually have some time that I'm not working 😉. You will have to put a deposit down to secure your session date and time. If you are wanting a mini, you will have a smaller radius that I will allow to travel .
3. THANK YOU for continually blowing me away with amount of bookings that have been FLOODING in! I do not take it lightly that you are choosing to spend your hard earned money on a session with me!

The cutest one year old photoshoot! Tucker was a champ during his mini baseball themed session after getting ear tubes the day before!

It’s nice when you can use your own kid to update sport’s portfolios 🤣. Now offering sports portraits for spring/summer and fall sports!
These will be quick 15-20 minute sessions at my home! You’ll receive multiple edited digital files on a gallery like always with copyright to print!
Spaces will be limited due to timing with the sun if you’re wanting the fog look! $50.00 for the session (1 athlete per session, add an additional $15 for multiple athletes in the shot)!

I'm sure many of you have seen on my instagram page, but I have decided to retire from weddings after the 2 that I have already committed to. As much as I LOVE capturing people's special day, I have been missing out so much on my kids activities on the weekends. I only have my kiddos in my home for so many years so I made the hard decision to step back from shooting weddings.
To answer the question I keep getting asked- YES! I am still doing sessions :). I will be taking a limited amount of senior and family sessions per month as I am now the Marketing + Media Director for The Flowerman! If you're interested in getting one of the session slots for a certain month make sure to message me ASAP!!
I cannot thank all of my bridal couples enough for the years of working with them. I have had a FABULOUS wedding career for the past 16 years!! As always, thank you to all my clients for being the best whether its with weddings, seniors or families!
