FINAL OUTCOME: Skip Harmon at Woodstock Chevrolet refused to take down our photo that he felt he could use without permission. They used the photo to mislead families into believing that all our Christmas characters would be in attendance at their event, when in reality, only Santa was in attendance. When I called Skip Harmon to request that he take down our photo he argued and his final response was, "Bah humbug, Karen!" an then hung up! That was very mature of you Skip Harmon . It is hard to believe you are a general manager of a car dealership! We can only imagine how you treat your customers and conduct business!

As of today, Woodstock Chevrolet continues to use our photo of Santa and our Christmas characters in order to mislead people that our Christmas characters are going to be in attendance. I hope that families do not attend the event anticipating that they will be seeing all these characters and their visit ends up in disappointment.

DO NOT BE MISLEAD! Woodstock Chevrolet has been advertising a Christmas Event using one of our photos without permission! It is a photo of our Christmas characters that ARE NOT GOING TO BE IN ATTENDENCE AT THIS EVENT! When we called and spoke with the General Manager, Skip, he refused to take the photo down and responded with, "Bah, humbug Karen!", and proceeded to hang up on me! I can't recall the last time I have ever encountered anyone in business who acted this childish and unprofessional! So again, PLEASE KNOW.... our Christmas characters are not going to be in attendance at the Woodstock Chevrolet event as they are misleading many families to believe so, and keep in mind the behavior of this so-called general manager if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!
