Welcome to our Mama Escapes FB page! We specialise in One-Day & Three-Day Retreats for perfectly imperfect ‘real’ mums who need some Mama Escape (ME) Time. As, at the end of the day, no matter how much you love your baby/children/partner/parents etc - its ok (and important!) to invest in time for YOU. The Mama Escapes' philosophy is that the more revived and empowered you are within yourself, the

more that this will ripple out and positively impact those around you. In other words - the more energised you feel, the more energy and love you will be able to share with those who need it. A win for everyone. Our Mama Escapes Day Retreats are adults only but you can bring your baby (up to 18 months) along to our 3-Day Retreats, which include a creche. With our experienced and fully certified nannies caring for your baby so close by, you have the opportunity to get the most of the workshops and yoga sessions. Having said that, all babies are welcome to attend sessions if needed :)

Here at Mama Escapes we are all about bringing a tribe of mamas together to support and empower each other. We encourage real and open conversations. To attend an event you don’t need to be amazing at yoga (both total beginners and experienced yogis catered for) and you certainly don’t need to worry about any sort of judgement. Its just about showing up just as you are and allowing yourself to be the one that is taken care of (for once!) so that you can:
