Looking to save money on your wedding cake? Here’s a great tip: opt for a smaller, beautifully decorated wedding cake for the cutting ceremony and a sheet cake for the caterer to cut and serve to your guests. This way, you can enjoy the traditional cake-cutting moment without breaking the bank.

And here’s another idea: some couples are choosing not to stop the music for the cake cutting. As a planner, I simply let the parents know so they can watch the special moment without interrupting the dance floor fun. 💃🕺

During our week of thankfulness, we must give a huge shout-out to Ken's Creative Kitchen. I always love hearing that couples have chosen Ken's Creative Kitchen for their special day! Their food is outstanding, especially the crab cakes—filled with lump crab and cooked to perfection. And, they cook everything on-site so it the food was piping hot and fresh. Kathy and her team went above and beyond to make our guests feel special. The staff were always right there to help, it is truly team work when you work with them. Thanks again for a job well done! They installed a stunning 45′ x 104′ sailcloth tent, caterers tent and provided all the furniture, table settings, heaters, dance floor, and bathroom trailer for Christina & Orkun's wedding at The Inn at Tacaro Estate. The Honeywood team, led by Chris, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even helping with setup and breakdown of items they didn't provide. Two of their staff stayed for the reception to ensure the lights and heater ran smoothly and assisted us with anything we needed, even helping guests up the steps! Their dedication and teamwork made the night magical. Thank you, Honeywood! Stay tuned for professional photos.

In our week of Thank You's, today we send our heartfelt thanks to The Inn at Tacaro Estate and our gracious hosts, Susan & Luca Luciano.

We can't thank you enough for all you did to help us make Christina & Orkun's wedding weekend truly amazing. From the rehearsal dinner in the "speakeasy" to the ceremony on the front lawn, cocktails under the huge magnolia tree, and reception in the huge tent provided by Honeywood Event + Tent , you guided us every step of the way. Such a fantastic wedding weekend full of everlasting memorries.

We absolutely adore this estate with its stately architecture, elegant interiors, and manicured acres of beautiful gardens. This grand estate can accommodate up to 20 guests, making it the perfect setting for a luxury, over-the-top wedding.
