It's hard to believe that it's been 4 years since Jill and Matt's New Year's Day Phoenix wedding.

We loved being able to support these two during their wedding planning. With all of the same services as in Washington, we traveled to do a walkthrough of the space and held in person meetings beforehand.

It was a gorgeous day complete with a killer dance party and I loved being able to play with all of the cacti and different options for rentals.

If you're looking for a sunny winter wedding spot, AZ is an excellent option to consider. 🌵

When Meaghan was looking at wedding bouquets, she opted to not have a traditional bouquet, but one with meaning that their wedding party contributed to.

Members in the wedding party walked in to the ceremony carrying different herbs and flowers to bring forth to Meaghan during the ceremony. Each symbolized different values such as happiness, protection, health and other beneficial qualities one would want in their marriage.

Meaghan then walked out of the ceremony with a bouquet filled with all of the different herbs and flowers full of support from her closest people.

I love the thought and symbolism that went into planning out her wedding bouquet. When you hear to make your wedding your own, this is what we mean. Meaghan's bouquet was deeply personal and intentional and perfect for her.

Kylie and Andrey's wedding at Novelty Hill-Januik this fall was neutral and gorgeous.

Did you know that NH-J has a collection of Glassybaby candles on hand? We love when a couple gives us free reign over what colors to add to their tables. It's always a fun game of mix and match to make each table unique.

I don't know about you, but I'm ready to see 2024 out the door.

It's been a mix of amazing highs (winning the best wedding over $50k at the ILEA Emerald City Applause Awards 🎉) and stressful challenges in my personal and professional lives.
I've learned a lot and am continuing to do so to improve myself in all situations I come across.

I'm so excited for what's to come in 2025. From amazing weddings and events to finding that elusive balance of personal time, family time and business time.
Plus, travel. Lots of things on the horizon...✈️

My kids are officially on winter break, which means I'm on a bit of a break now, too!

Our couples are at a nice spot to pause with no immediate to-dos, so we can all take a moment to breathe before kicking things into gear in the new year.

I'm hoping to be able to sleep in a bit, relax, and catch up on putting together our family videos so they're not stuck on our phones in the black hole of galleries. You know what I'm talking about, right?

M&C are married!

I met this fabulous couple when I was working with some of their friends on their wedding. They booked us for full service planning to also help find the perfect venue for them.

Over the next year and a half, we worked together to bring in elements of each of them to help personalize their wedding, including a chuppah to incorporate M's Jewish background.

A couple of other key details we included:

M is an avid reader, so she collected vintage books in their color scheme to act as centerpiece details.

C was born and raised in the Seattle area and volunteers to help keep Seattle looking the best it can so rather than having the Mariner Moose crash the party (which was vetoed by the bride) we set out to have a custom sign made for them that encompassed the vintage feel of their venue with the city skyline in the background.

They had an amazing fall wedding that went so incredibly smoothly, and I know a big part of that was their amazing vendor team:

Ever thought of doing a "Seal it with a Shot" at your ceremony?

N&T decided to complete their vows with taking a shot with their officiant during their ceremony. Props to for being so game for this!

It was a hot day in August, so I brought along an ice bucket to keep the shots cold before the ceremony. Using vodka and tequila (poured by their bartenders), I worked with Cherise to make sure she knew who was taking what shot beforehand.

The result was a flawless ex*****on of all three taking a shot to help seal the deal.

The Pantone Color Of The Year is Mocha Mousse.

There have been mixed reviews on the color, but I think it's great!

Wishing I was in Vancouver for tonight's last concert tonight.

I decided to make our Tacoma Wedding Show booth table earlier this year based on Taylor Swift's Midnights album colors and theme to show how you can take inspiration from anywhere and create an event from it.

Some attendees got it, while others had no idea. It was fun to watch people walk by and "get it".

Here for all of the Lily of the Valley bouquets.

They're simple, classic and also smell AMAZING.

There's also a history of significance and meanings with carrying this flower specifically including many royal weddings.
Kate Middleton, Princess Grace, and Queen Elizabeth all carried Lily of the Valley among many others.

There's your history lesson for the day!

Stemming from a long history of working in the medical field, Shiloh wanted to explore her creative side in another way of helping people: allowing couples to truly relax and be able to enjoy one of the most important days of their lives.
