Sri Vaibhav Arekar is a Bharatnatyam artist who has won both national and international acclaim for his keen interest in infusing Indian classical dance with contemporary appeal. He is a teacher, choreographer, producer, actor, educationist and an administrator. Founder of the Pune-based Sankhya Dance Company, he is a leading representative of the new generation of Indian classical dancers that is known for dynamism and freshness.

Happy to share with you all that 3 of my students completed their Sattriya Gunin ( visarad) from Sangeet Sattra pariksh parisad in this year. Here some clips from 8th convocation 2023 at Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra International Auditorium. All of my 3 students passed with 1st division marks. Thank you Padmashree Guru Ghanakanta Bora Borbayan sir, Ranjumoni ba, and all the Sattriya artist who always support me to encourage my students.
