🔹 Salary: £24,000–£25,200 (0.8 FTE) depending on experience
🔹 Location: Hybrid/Edinburgh office-based
🔹 Contract: Until January 2026, with a potential extension to March 2026

I delivered my first school talk as an ambassador for Just Like Us! 🗣

Having completed my ambassador training in September today was the first time sharing my story of growing up queer/bisexual. Myself and two other amazing ambassadors shared our stories and covered key terms and information regarding being LGBT+ and being an ally to 220 high school students. 🤯

If you're an LGBT+ person between 18 - 25 you can also become an ambassador! You can be the representation you wanted growing up and help educate everyone about allyship.

Turing Fest 2024! 🎉💕

Over the last few months I've been working as the Volunteer Programme Manager for Turing Fest. All building up to two epic conference days. And what a fantastic team of volunteers we had!

Hugh shout-out to everyone who made this year's Turing Fest such a success! This is my second year managing the volunteer team and it was brilliant. Certainly not without its stressful moments but my team really pulled through. Thank you all!

An attendee gifted us with these handmade Turing Fest earrings (made by the Crooked Mouth Creatives) so now I can promote TF all year round.

Here's to TF25! 💕

Thank you so much to the amazing supporters who have donated 23% of the final goal! 🎯

I know that £2,500 is an ambitious target but I couldn't not make it work with the Challenge 25 theme. There are so many things we don't do out of fear of not being good enough. I keep reminding myself that even if this fundraiser doesn't reach the goal that doesn't make it a failure.

For Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol and Drugs:
- The funds raised will support Scottish families affected by alcohol and drugs
- This fundraiser will have increased awareness of the effects of addition on loved ones

Personally:
- Run 25k of races in my 25th year
- Having been sober for a whole year, proving to myself that I am in control of my relationship with alcohol

📅 My next 5k race will be on Saturday the 2nd of June, aiming to beat my last time of 39 minutes. Any and all support is appreciated! ❤️
