Le Combat des Enfants Fantômes [teaser]
Dans le monde, 230 millions d’enfants n’ont pas d’actes de naissance. Privés d’une existence légale et de tout droit, ces « enfants fantômes » se retrouvent exclus de la société et peuvent devenir la proie des pires abus. Pour y remédier, le maire de Dogbo au Bénin a conclu avec son homologue belge de Roeselare un partenariat de coopération portant sur l’enregistrement des naissances. Des actions fortes sont menées en matière d’équipement, de recrutement, de formation et de sensibilisation. En mission à Dogbo, la délégation belge doit tenir compte des différences culturelles et des traditions locales pour offrir au projet un plein et franc succès.
Episode 1 (contexte) : Classe de CM2 à Dogbo (Bénin)
"No Child Without a Birth Certificate" est un partenariat de coopération décentralisée entre Roeselare (Belgique) et Dogbo (Bénin) pour l'enregistrement des naissances.
La coopération décentralisée est une solution pour atteindre les Objectifs de Développement Durable. Pensons globalement, agissons localement !
