The Ceremony Space:
Before the vows are exchanged, this serene and elegant setting is prepped with precision. The bold flooring, soft florals, and modern backdrop create a striking yet warm atmosphere, setting the tone for a moment to remember.

Cocktail Hour:
Guests step into this visually dynamic space, framed by unique architectural details. The black and white décor serves as a conversation starter while inviting everyone to mingle and toast to the couple’s journey.

The Sweetheart Table:
Before the couple takes their seats, this cozy and romantic setup radiates charm. The neon sign and lush floral arrangements are a perfect reflection of their style and sentiment, creating a focal point for the evening. Honestly, there’s nothing like seeing a space come alive for a wedding day. The glow of the chandelier in that cozy, vintage room just sets such a romantic vibe. And then there’s the courtyard with all the greenery and string lights—it’s like stepping into a secret garden.

Those little touches, like the elegant mirrors and vintage accents, just make it feel so special.

But what really gets me is the love and emotion in the air. It’s those little moments, like the bride + groom sharing a quiet toast, that make all the planning so worth it.

You will see Erika during Wedding Day setting up and creating a beautiful masterpiece for you and your guests. Erika joined the GBL team in early 2024. She is hard working, loves everyone and will make you laugh like you’re at a private stand up comedy show!! Your goals are her goals 💪🏼

1. What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know? Most people do not know that I train boxing! I love how it relives my stress while I get a workout at the same time!

2. What trends in weddings are you most excited about right now? One trend I am most excited about is how creative couples are being with their ceremonial cakes. I love taking traditional themes and breaking the mold to fit the newlyweds look!
3. What’s your favorite part about working with couples on their big day? My favorite part about working with couples is seeing different relationship dynamics and how the couples will find a way to show up for each other even on such an excitement filled day.

4. How do you handle unexpected challenges or changes on the wedding day? Do what you have with what you’ve got! Challenges and changes happen and sometimes they make for a better outcome. Don’t panic and tackle each challenge with grace.

5. How did you get started in the wedding industry?
I am a graduate from Rosen, the Hospitality college oF UCF. I was immersed in all that is the event industry and I became drawn to weddings after volunteering at a wedding event through school. I am so grateful because it led me to the amazing ladies at Gro By Love!

How do you handle unexpected challenges or changes on the wedding day?
I take a deep breath and overcome the obstacle. I try to remember that the goal is always to make sure that the couple is extremely satisfied with their wedding experience.

How did you get started in the wedding industry?
My best friend is the definition of a social butterfly and introduced me to my now, really good friend Sarah, who showed me the ropes.

1. What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know? I LOVE to bead weave. I basically take the tiniest lil beads the size of grain and weave them together to make jewelry. 🪡🧵💎

2. What trends in weddings are you most excited about right now?
Audio guestbooks ☎️, patterned and mixed match bridesmaid gowns👗, and themed guest dress codes 👔 (they make for a great ascetic.) Lastly, of course wedding day content creators so you can focus on staying unplugged and not worry about capturing it yourself. 🤳✨

3. What’s your favorite part about working with couples on their big day?
The reveal. When the couple lays eyes on each other all dressed up for the first time and the look in their eyes. Ugh, it’s pure romance. 💕☺️

4. How do you handle unexpected challenges or changes on the wedding day? In the words of Tim Gunn, “Make it work.” 😂
A prayer, looking around to see what resources you have, and a lil creative problem solving. 👩🏻‍🎨

The Faces I Couldn’t Do It Without!!!

These women support me so much, and I’m extremely grateful for them. They put up with my shenanigans and meltdowns on a regular basis on event days. I would be completely lost without them. My dream team is now complete. We all have amazing gifts, and on event days, everything runs smoothly because each of us brings our unique strengths to the table.
