Showing emotion through photos is what I do best. I specialize in weddings and elopements because I'm just a sucker for a good love story, ya know? I'm based in MN, but I am SO DOWN to travel to wherever your love story takes you. I w

I make all my couples feel comfortable in front of the camera because I know it's not everyone's thing. My shooting style is more prompting than posing to get the most authentic and organic reactions. Are you ready to DO THE DANG THNG????

Lexi’s Story

I never imagined dabbling in photography. Although I have been studying and watching photographers/videographers for years, I never thought I would ever be entrusted to capture special moments for other people. After drooling over the bokeh shots of my wildly talented friends, I never dreamed of picking up my own camera and creating the same type of magic. Thanks to a friend of mine, I was given my first shot at recreating her most special day through film; her wedding day. She allowed me to use my ideas and run with them while creating the final product. Since then, my love for photography has grown immensely. I then got the opportunity to be mentored by a fellow photographer. Not only did my confidence in my shooting ability go up, my editing game took off. I now feel more confident than ever with my new knowledge of photography. I have so much to learn, but that’s what keeps me coming back to this fast-paced, ever-changing hobby. Born and raised in a small town and now moving to a small town, I never dreamed I would have the opportunity to use my imagination to create stunning stills for so many unique people and families. I never thought I would have the opportunity to meet so many amazing families, capture a baby being born, or spend entire weekends with sweet couples getting married. This dream of mine is coming to fruition, and I have my amazingly sweet clients to thank for it.

I am teacher full time, but I would love to try to book more sessions into my schedule. I currently a doing weddings, families, bo***ir, and birth sessions. I believe that together, we can create something beautiful. Let me capture authentic moments. I don’t want poses; I want the real, unposed, candid YOU.
