A Love Story in Puglia’s Heartland 🌿✨

Throwback to last September when Naomi and James tied the knot in the most breathtaking setting imaginable-Borgo San Marco, nestled in the golden embrace of Puglia’s ancient olive groves.

With the sun shining down and a traditional Puglian band serenading his arrival, James made an unforgettable entrance. Naomi followed with grace, beauty, and a smile that could light up the entire grove. The vibe? Effortlessly magical. Guests were treated to refreshing drinks and delectable light bites as they soaked in the romance of this enchanting venue.

Collaborating with the ever-talented Raj Somaiya of Silver Fox Events, we orchestrated a wedding that was not just a celebration but an experience-every moment crafted to perfection. From vows under ancient trees to the laughter echoing into the Italian evening, it was pure poetry. 🌺

Sangeet Night at Borgo San Marco, Puglia.

Under the ancient grounds of Puglia, surrounded by olive groves that have stood for thousands of years, we celebrated a Sangeet that was nothing short of spectacular! 💃🕺✨ The evening sparkled with laughter, music, and unforgettable moments, as love and celebration filled the air.

The culinary journey was just as magical as the night itself, with various Indian street food stations, sizzling grills from the clay oven, and a spread to delight every palate. The Pav Bhaji and Kheema Pav stands were absolute showstoppers – loved by all and the perfect fuel for a night of dancing! The chefs delivered perfection with every bite, while the bar team kept spirits high with exceptional cocktails and service.

DJ Raj + K had the dance floor alive with infectious Bollywood beats, turning the night into a whirlwind of energy. And when Naomi, James, and Preeti, along with their groups, took the stage, their electrifying performances stole the show and had everyone cheering for more! 🎶🔥

As the music played on, guests danced the night away, creating timeless memories amidst the enchanting charm of Borgo San Marco.

Here’s to love, laughter, and the kind of nights you never want to end. 🥂💛

Haldi vibes under the Puglian sun, stunning Mendhi artistry, and a feast under the stars! 🇮🇹🌟

The celebrations at Masseria Torre Rossa began with a joyful lunchtime Haldi ceremony, where marigold blooms and the laughter of loved ones created a vibrant setting. The intricate Mendhi designs by the talented Amy’s Mehndi added a touch of elegance, weaving tradition into every detail of the day.

As evening fell, we transitioned into a spectacular Welcome Dinner that brought together the best of Indian and Italian flavour’s. Chef Arbinder Singh Dugal wowed us with his irresistible Kati Rolls, while Chefs Simone and Antonio and their amazing team presented an Italian menu that celebrated the region’s finest produce. The fusion of cultures on the plate was a delicious testament to the beauty of bringing worlds together.

From the artistry of the Mendhi to the magic of a fusion feast, this day was all about love, tradition, and unforgettable moments.

We must NEVER surrender our basic HUMANITY when it comes to this man-made famine being faced by over a MILLION civilian’s in #Gaza 😢 This is why both I and other volunteers are working with chef Muayad Ali @palestinian_chef_muayad_ali who is based out there now having worked over here in London previously. We are looking to raise £8 or approximately $10 USD per meal to feed as many innocent civilians as we can facing this man-made catastrophe and famine. All this nutritious food is cooked by chef Muayad Ali and his wonderful team of volunteers who are working tirelessly day in and day out, hour after hour and they need our help… Every single penny will go out directly to feed those families including expecting mothers and children now starving from the lack of food which is scarce due to the blockades and suffering from severe malnutrition.
