Carrot and cumin salad with pomegranate and mint.

This is a great vibrant salad to add to your summer spreads with a bbq. Also works really well with spicy food, curry or a Lebanese.

Ingredients for the dressing:
Lemon juice
Ginger
Nigella (onion) seeds
Olive oil

Enjoy!

Our range of soups are perfect for a light lunch or supper.

Soothe beetroot and coconut soup is rich in fibre and antioxidants and finished with zesty lime, ginger and coriander.

It’s great for gut health and full of beneficial minerals and amino acids.

Serve with coconut yoghurt and coriander for the finishing touch.
