She is my ex-student. She got a mega cake contract and yet she needed assistance from a superior hand. She asked if I could help. Why not? So long as you didn't give me headache during your training period, I will always answer when you call or need me.

So, for 3 days we baked, sculpted and designed. She was super happy.

Picture didn't do justice to this cake. The weight of this cake eee…😳 This is 7kg(only bakers will understand). By the time we were through, I was feeling dizzy.

As early as 6.30am, we had set up these in her house without her knowledge. We missed the opportunity of capturing her surprise reaction when she walked into the sitting room.

The instruction from her husband was, ‘please Ma come up with any idea that will make my wife happy, give me your bill and I will pay’. He paid, we worked, wifey was happy, and the feedback was revitalizing.

Meanwhile, meet our violinist. The guy is indeed good at what he does.
