It’s a very exciting day for as it’s now official - Festive Fetti® has received its registered trademark approval from the United States Trademark and Patent Office. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to tanniaospinalaw for her monumental assistance and knowledge in helping this registration be accepted and approved. Tannia’s expertise for small shop owners is unmatched and I will forever remember that phone call when she said “we got it!”. PS: Trust me when I say this - filing for a registered trademark is not something you want to DIY. I started this route and honestly knew I wasn’t helping myself. Lawyer lingo is not my thing! Once I had hired tanniaospinalaw to help me, I just knew I was headed in the right direction.

Happy NYE! I couldn’t let the last day of 2024 get away without joining the prompt for the final - which is cranberry and champagne. Of course I immediately thought of creating a design with a Swiftie vibe and incorporated the cranberries into the champagne bubbles and beads. Cheers to a new year that I hope will be filled with joy, kindness and all the festive things life brings.

For today’s Pets and Pajamas prompt of the drawing challenge, I attempted to create an illustration of a Yorkie wearing a cozy pajama sleeper. This weekend was spent ordering Halloween costumes for my girls (and myself) and now it’s crunch time to share all the amazing festive Halloween pics I haven’t shared with you yet. Moral of the story with these carousel slides … Always just keep doing your thing and your customers will find you. Don’t give in to what Etsy tells you to do. I have my own web site for many reasons and I have Etsy available for shoppers to find me on their platform with the search engine. I prefer to run my Etsy shop on my own terms because I strive to give my customers the best customer service possible no matter which shopping platform they find me on. Plus, I want to keep my sanity and not let Etsy boss me around 😂

What do you do when a customer requests a dino 🦕 mix that was originally made for and now the patterned paper that was used is no longer available? You recreate the patterns and colors in the dino silhouette shapes. Now, paper availability is no longer any issue 🤗 And, now the girly dino confetti mix even includes daisies as I couldn’t resist adding them in.
