We received four more sign applications Friday. With the three waiting to be installed sometime this spring, we are thinking April, that will bring the total to 153 signs. Who knew we could do this together as a community! 22 spots remaining to fill the 4th signboard.

Another 15 added to the signboard today. Three others are waiting to be installed at a later time.

A chili dinner to support the purchase of new Christmas decorations for the Village of Eolia will take place from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Eolia Community Building. To make food or monetary donations, please contact Donna Graham at 573-754-0087.

Mark you calendar. December 10th at 6:30 p.m.(right after the Lighted Christmas Parade at 5:00 p.m.) we are having a Christmas Community Choir sing-a-long at St. John's Episcopal Church. Cindy Kunzweiler has graciously volunteered to be the director. Sure, it's not heated, but we figure we can fit 200 people in there and body heat does a lot to warm a room (or one of those hot seats used for hunting and hand warmers). The acoustics are beautiful there. There will be candles lighting each window, hot cider to keep you warm, and luminarias lighting the way to the front entrance.

Practices are open to all ages and will be Thursday, November 30th and Thursday, December 7th at 6:30 p.m. at Living Water Ministries.

We ask that you please share to help spread the word.

We had a great turnout for our very first Veterans meal hosted by New Life Christian Church and our committee. We weren't expecting nearly the number we had so we ran short on some food. We apologize.

We are very grateful to each Veteran in our community for their sacrifices and also their families. Thank you for allowing us to serve you. 🇺🇲

10/11/2023

Reminder...put out your veteran yard signs.
