Additional costs you should keep in mind:

The delivery cost 🚚
Set up and break down fee ( trip up and packing up after )

For backdrop and installations:
These must be done on site: this means that the team must travel to venue.

They need TIME to set up ( this can take hours ) sometimes , we request the evening before for bigger set ups: this means late nights and overtime in addition to morning set up

* the thing that separates the DIY from florists : labour and experience 🥰

Know what you value more: size or varieties

We all know the impact flowers make to the occasion 🥰but like all fabulous things in life, they can cost a pretty penny 💸

Some people spend most of the budget on a super expensive venue, which ends up being an empty space you need to dress up anyway 😅

If you’re on a budget:
• try and be as realistic as possible

• don’t be scared of greenery- it can be so beautiful and elegant

• avoid specific varieties and opt for seasonal beauties that allows florist to adjust accordingly

The above 👆 can be a smooth process if you’re set on your preferred florist, are honest about what you’d like and understand what your pocket allows for.

Tips for your event flowers:
1. Stick to one theme.
2. Find ONLY 3 of your favourite images.
3. Focus on the overall look not replication of Pinterest.
4. Know what flowers you don’t like.
5. Internet images have been tweaked 😉, make sure to know what the blooms look like in reality.

And probably the MOST important one: have a budget in mind for your blooms.
