Last week my four nearest and dearest girlfriends from university came to visit and what did I do, well I threw a dinner party ofcourse! After 5 years of not celebrating birthdays or new years or any other holidays together, why not celebrate. We were celebrating over 20 years (whoa!) of friendship and their visit to London so I added lots of bows and a little bit of sparkle and well, it was the loveliest of evenings while all being able to stay at home. ✨🍾

Here is a reminder to not save the fancy table setting for that monumental celebration and whip out the wedding china, the crystal coupes and all the loveliness just because!

The prettiest wintery themed table. All of the guests had a snow globe with their names calligraphed as their place card. Mixing in white and dried flowers with an abundance of candles, this design is still one of my favourites !

Heading away for Christmas! We are heading to 🇳🇱 Holland for the week so I will not be setting the table for the 25th. However, I’m already dreaming and scheming of a gorgeous New Years display ;) Thinking back to this lovely Christmas table design we designed throughout the pandemic when we were at home dressing up for the holiday season ✨

A bright sunny winter white wedding day! We loved having this room transformed with draping to hide the very bright blue walls and create a glowing classic setting for the couples December wedding. What a wedding it was! ✨🤍✨

Planning and celebrating Sarah’s 40th was such a delight. An intimate gathering in central London right at the beginning of the festive season! The bar was so rich and warm with lights and flowers, it was such a lovely glowing evening!

Sunday night we hosted friends over for a Friendsgiving feast. Cranberry cocktails, loads of turkey and pie, cracker place settings and a fun game of bingo to end off the night. Such a nice night with good friends to be thankful for all we have and to jump into the festive season ahead ! … and I had my little helper to assist with all the table decor ✨

As an American celebrating in London for the 12th year, this day always brings a mix of emotions. I feel a twinge of homesickness as I think of family and traditions across the pond, but my heart overflows with gratitude for the life and community we’ve built here.

Today, I’m especially thankful for all the incredible people we’ve met through Rebecca K. Events—clients, collaborators, and friends who have trusted us to create unforgettable moments. I’m grateful for the deep connections we’ve formed both here in London and back home in the States.

This year has been filled with highs and lows, including the sadness of personal loss. But through it all, I am reminded of the precious memories I hold dear and the exciting possibilities that lie ahead.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this journey. Your support means the world to me. Wishing you a joyful, love-filled Thanksgiving day {weekend!}.

Did you know that today is World Kindness Day! Smile at a stranger, give your nearest and dearest an extra hug, offer someone a little extra help, give someone a compliment. I mean honestly, being kind, everyone needs it and god knows we ALL need a little extra kindness these days. Like Harry Styles said, maybe we can find a place to feel good and we can treat people with kindness! 😊

My little girl turned 8 this year and we bejewelled her birthday with Swiftie sparkles! Friendship making station, karaoke 🎤, Taylor for hours. While I love planning a big fancy soirée, September every year truly gives me so much joy to plan a special day for her. Birthdays are really one to remember. I know that some of best early memories as a child was from my birthday! If you ever want help planning a personal, fun children’s celebration, reach out! We love a petite party! 💜🩷🩵✨.

22 years ago, my journey in events began in the US capital of Washington, D.C.! ✨

I arrived in DC bright-eyed and full of excitement, so eager to dive into my role as a catering events intern at the iconic . My very first event? A dazzling 4th of July celebration on the terrace, with the city’s breathtaking skyline as the backdrop. I was instantly hooked! 🇺🇸

The next eight years in D.C. were nothing short of fabulous . I felt deeply proud to be an American and was in love with events—yes, it sounds a bit cheesy, but on morning runs past the Mall and the monuments, every moment on the Kennedy Center terrace overlooking the Potomac, events at the Newseum looking at Pennsylvania Ave., filled me with awe. From celebrity galas to planning fabulous events during Obama’s historic first inauguration, each event felt like a piece of living history, and I loved every minute.

Now, as I live in London, my heart is still full of ❤️🤍💙. I’ve cast my vote from across the pond , inspired for a brighter future for my daughter, a better world for my sisters and my friends and in memory of my mom who would have cheered and cried for a woman finally representing us, and for every American looking toward a world of opportunity and hope.

So today, let’s show our pride, let’s vote for a safer, happier future. Let’s vote for Harris/Walz! ✨🇺🇸✨.

Simplistic and Sparkly. One of our favorite designs! We love the mix of modern simplicity and the party above with the disco balls! The design was lovely for a luncheon but how great could it be for a disco lux Christmas party!!!! 🪩
