The simple pleasures in life. Sunshine, ice cream, picnics, time with friends in the park! As my kids break today for summer holiday I was thinking back to a sweet little together we planned with and in Regent’s Park. We had a gorgeous picnic party, played games, ran around, ate 🍦 and just like the invite said, celebrated the every day. As a working mom and a small business owner, life can get very hectic and stressful some days. I am trying my best this summer to actually stop and smell the roses and enjoy the time with my family. As they say, the days are long but the years are short ! It’s so true.
I will respond to emails but it may be 48 hours in between. Please be patient with me during the summer break, I am here, just may be licking an ice cream by the beach and not behind my computer as much. Happy summer!

How was this two years ago! One of the most special couples we have worked with over the years. Through Covid, they welcomed their little girl and then finally were able to celebrate at ! H&P it was such a gorgeous day!

Let’s BLOOM! I loved creating these conversation starters for an event this spring. Little cards left at everyone’s place settings with little notes to get people to start blooming in conversations. How many times do you go to an event and have an awkward start to conversations, well these were a fab way to start talking about something other then starting with, SO where do you work, how about “What was the most memorable meal you have had recently!” That’s a great way to bloom a lunch conversation.

Last month I celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary with my handsome bow tied husband. Ten years on I look back and smile at every single photo, every single detail. As a planner and lover of all of the details I really obsessed a bit {ok I admit it!} over some of the small things. 10 years on I look back and see a wedding that was classic and had lots of little personal touches, the flowers were gorgeous, the gold cutlery and pink glassware {not a norm 10 years ago!} the food was great and the band that played Love on Top twice was fab, amongst other things were amazing. What I truly remember when I look at our photos are the friends and family we were surrounded with. The sweet smiles my husband gave me in the photos. The true true memories.
As a planner we are here to do the behind the scenes work. Don’t stress. Enjoy the day! It goes by fast. Make it a plan to look back 10,20,30 years from now and smile at the photos and not stress over the placecards, we got it!
To ten more + years celebrating with champagne with you Mr. Beau!

I love this time of year in London when everything is in BLOOM! The gardens, the houses and even the shops and cafes! A little wander around to see the always inspiring flower installations, along with a special morning flower project.
This little “flower cafe” last year wasn’t the biggest install, but I loved the simplicity and imagination of the drawn cafe chairs and flowers. Oooo la la.

Disco ball dinner setting!
Absolutely loved creating this setting for ! We designed and put this lovely set up together in four days. The venue wanted to showcase this space to clients in a set up they had never had before. Working with a fab team to quickly bring it together was ✨🪩✨! I am so looking forward to creating some magical settings in the future here.

Sunny yellow! This gorgeous yellow table was a delight to create last week for Spring Awakening luncheon. A few days later, finally the sun is shining over London 💛 Yellow, the colour that just makes you happy.
I can’t wait to share more from this gorgeous day. It was a delight to work with such a lovely team to create a beautiful showcase for the venue. If you haven’t been to this gem in Mayfair, you must visit! More to come soon!

Lily of the valley. Hello beautiful flower! Coming in season soon, for a short time, this delicate little gem is lovely isn’t it. It is the symbol of joy, love, happiness, sincerity and luck which is why so many brides love a little sneak of it on their wedding day. Gorgeous.

Yesterday the sun was shining, gorgeous but freezing day! It was World Book Day and had me thinking back to this gorgeous sunny day. We sprinkled around lovely lounge groupings for J&A for their wedding day throughout the marquee and the lawn for guests to relax on. Makes me wish I was sitting there enjoying a book on that sofa now!
And yes, my little ones went dressed as Dragons loves tacos and Coco Chanel 📚 I love myself a great book! When I’m not falling asleep after a busy day;) Any new book recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

2023! Ok, so it’s the last day of January, I figured it wasn’t too late to wish you a happy new year! ✨✨✨
January has been a busy one, only a few weeks in, but 2023 is already looking exciting.
Behind the scenes of being a business owner I’m also a wife, a mom to two little ones, a sister, daughter, friend, colleague, so many hats to wear ! I’ve told myself that 2023 is going to find me a little more time for balance, boundaries and finding creative time for myself. You? Still have some goals for the year ahead?
I thought I’d share this little pic of my family’s card because I absolutely love how great our portraits came out by and can’t say enough how wonderful I think their work is to have wandering around your event! Such a lovely little keepsake to take home.
