Carefree Events is an event planning and coordination service based out of Bozeman, Montana. Heather is adept at planning weddings in all styles and budgets.

Owned and operated by Heather Hagg, who has over 15 years in event and hospitality experience. Working side-by-side with her clients, Heather remains devoted to the big day, from the first consultation to the grand farewell. Heather's calm demeanor, combined with her hospitible attitude make the planning journey enjoyable. Carefree Events customizes all of their packages to each couple's unique we

dding needs, from simple day-of coordination to full service planning. They will come along side of you at whatever point in the planning process you find yourself. Their goal to guide their clients one phase at a time so that the planning process can be fun, exciting and stress-free!

One of our favorite aspects of wedding planning is finding ways to add aspects from the couples passions and story into their wedding day.

This couple was from Aspen and met while on ski patrol. For their first date they went back country skinning. We love how these little nods to their story was beautifully portrayed in their celebration.

When your bride has a love of baby animals, what do you do? You get her a baby “Morsel”. What is a “morsel” you may ask? It is a love child of a horse and a Mule. So affectionately nicknamed “morsel”. (Not an accurate term but it should be!)
