Based in Dunoon, Argyll, we have built a reputation in the community for providing professional service in a friendly and welcoming environment. Throughout the years we have provided mobile bars for many weddings and events in the area and its something that we have always enjoyed doing as a family. In recent years we have noticed a gap in the market for those looking for purpose built mobile bar

services for weddings and events. Raise The Bar Scotland offer mobile bar services throughout Scotland, catering to all types of events, large or small. We have a purpose built modular curved bar, allowing flexibility in size to suit the venue and event. We offer draft lager and cider, a range of spirits, a selection of wines and of course plenty of fizz for those special occasions. We are happy to stock particular drinks on request. With the last big outdoor event of the summer behind us - last weekend's International Ayr Show - Festival at Flight was a soaring success! - we're looking forward to our autumn and winter season at Raise the Bar.

We're best known for our work at major festivals and public events, but our bars work just as well for your indoor fixtures!

This weekend we'll be Raising the Bar at the International Ayr Show - Festival of Flight: by South Ayrshire Council you be there?

We'll be operating four bars over the weekend, serving up cool pints from our draft drinks partner plus all of our usual selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for all the family.

Nothing says summer in Scotland like a sunny afternoon in Glasgow's Kelvingrove Park. 😎

As the mobile bar providers to some of Scotland's biggest public events and festivals, we take pride in our locally sourced, predominantly Scottish drinks selection:

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Our bar menu is 90% Scottish - that includes our gin, lager and IPA
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Any non-Scottish products are sourced from Scottish-based distributors - supporting our local economy

Another year, another marvellous !

We always love Raising the Bar at this special event in Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow, and this year was no exception!

Hosted by Glasgow.Life the Glasgow Mela is the largest event of its size in the country and as always, it was an honour to be part of this fabulous celebration of multicultural music, dance, art, sports and more.

Making memories on Ayr Low Green:

Last month we Raised the Bar at the South Ayrshire Council Summer Family Fest, where we helped celebrate Armed Forces Day 2024 with the armed forces and pipes in the park!

Our trailer bar did a roaring trade, serving up cool pints, perfectly chilled wines and of course our usual wide range of non-alcoholic alternatives to suit all tastes: a great time was had by all!

Who else loves Pipe Band Season?!

We helped open the season in style last month, as the official bar provider for the Gourock Highland Games - the first fixture in the Pipe Band championships calendar!

Last year, we had the pleasure of topping and tailing the Pipe Band season - providing the first Highland Games bar of the year at Gourock Games, and serving up pints at the World Pipe Bands Championships at Glasgow Green in August.

🥃 We make no secret of how much we love to drink local, so we're over the moon to be partnering with Gourock spirits brand Titan Spirits the Gourock Highland Games this weekend!

☀️ Join us at the bar for a shot of local flavour with an exotic twist: Titan Spirits blend aged Caribbean rums with Scottish raspberries and Lyle's Golden Syrup (did you know that Lyle was born in Greenock?!) to produce a spiced rum like no other - an authentic taste of the Caribbean in Scotland.

🥃 Intrigued? Look us up at Gourock Highland Games to enjoy a nip of local flavour.

And then you think, 'Scottish Summer' 😱 😆

The good news is that our mobile bars work just as well INDOORS, as they do outside.

Our Curved Bar and Scorched Wood Bar are perfect in your hall or marquee; even our Trailer Bar works well in a covered setting.

To date, we've raised the bar (indoors!) in settings ranging from:
👉 A kids' soft play barn, at the Wonderworld Staff Party
👉The SECC, at the Ideal Homes Show
👉Countless country houses & wedding barns.. and of course, in luxury marquees throughout Scotland !

FUN is one of our core values ... and we take it VERY seriously! 🥂

We want to make sure that you and your guests can relax and have fun from the moment our mobile bar is open for trade - and we do a LOT of work behind the scenes, to make sure that happens!

Fun is only fun, when the environment is safe, and that's why we take pride in putting all the right groundwork in place before the first drink is served:

💚 We have first aiders on every bar team and a trained fire marshal, ready for all eventualities.
💚 We have a team member qualified to administer oxygen in emergencies
💚 We complete full Risk Assessments ahead of EVERY event, so that when we arrive on site we're ready for anything
💚 We run through our essential Housekeeping Rules with our full team before every event, making sure everyone knows how to play their part to make sure YOUR event runs without a hiccup.

That way, as soon as the bar is open, we can focus on making sure that you and your guests have fun - safely!
