We thought with all the NEW and big changes happening in the studio it’s important to visit the past, how it all began and the amazing women who have shaped the business and helped it grow!!
Hello Blossom Bouquets (HBB) started with a brilliant idea: a posy business where “what you see is what you get.” Every single day, a fresh bouquet is created and put on display, so you know exactly what you’re getting before you hit that ‘buy’ button. No surprises, just beautiful flowers—available in all sorts of sizes, perfect for any occasion or no occasion at all!
It all began in mid-2015 when Kate Stevenson, driven by her passion for floristry, decided to follow her heart. She started small, testing the market by dropping off little posies at The Lemon House. The response was incredible, and by November 2015, she launched the HBB website, making her unique posy concept accessible to all of Tamworth.
Kate wanted her posies to feel like they were just picked from a garden, wrapped in hessian and brown paper, and tied with twine. And you know what? This simple, visual approach spoke to me on a whole other level. As someone who’s all about seeing things before I commit, the concept of a daily bouquet that’s right there in front of you was the ultimate draw. That’s exactly why I fell in love with HBB and why I knew I had to make it mine.
The joy Kate poured into HBB is still at the heart of everything we do today! Stay with us as we take a walk through the history of this little business and celebrate the amazing women who have sculpted and changed it along the way.

Hello Blossom Bouquets is a unique flower business based in Tamworth. Each weekday, one style of bouquet is created and is made available in a range of different bouquet sizes and jar arrangements.
Our creations are made from the freshest flowers available and come carefully wrapped in our minimalist style of biodegradable brown paper and twine. Each creation is delivered complete with your personal message handwritten, just to make it that little bit more special. We deliver Monday to Friday to the Tamworth area and surrounds. Don’t need delivery? No problem! Stop in and see us at The North Store CBD to pick-up.
