It’s February. To my vendor friends, how are your bookings? This year is a weird one. I’ve heard a lot of us have low bookings and the reasons abound. I’m in the same boat if we’re being honest. Even my associate gigs are way down.
But what if we use this time like we did during 🤫 that time we don’t speak ok? Grow the unseen side of our business? That’s what’s happening here. It’s harder, not glamorous, and not immediately gratifying to do any of it but I know it’ll make my business better in the long run. What can we do now to keep growing?
1️⃣ Update your CRM. Improve workflows and update packages or even just start one!
2️⃣ Overhaul your website’s SEO. BLOGS! Meta data, updating images, improve the user experience.
3️⃣ Get your bookkeeping and payroll systems in order. Getting stuck with tax bills is no fun.
4️⃣ Actually finish that class you bought online a year ago to learn a new skill or strategy and actually implement it.
5️⃣ Edit that backlog of sessions and weddings sitting on your hard drive you second shot. If you’re allowed to share, it’s more content for you to use!
