Our fudge is made by hand in the Barossa Valley using Barossa Jersey Fresh cream, fresh Australian butter, Australian sugar and wherever possible local produce such as Barossa dried pears, Barossa honey, Riverland oranges, local almonds and Barossa wine.

We are also available for catering sweet treats at your next event, including grazing platters and high teas.
