We really haven't been able to acclimate to the heat this year with so much cool/winter weather still happening up until last weekend.
If you plan to do some fitness outdoors from here on, pay attention to how you feel.
If your lagging out there in the warmer weather, it's your body telling you to chill.
Double your water intake now & stay away from Alcohol & limit your caffeine intake before your fitness.

If you have chest pains, recognize it & seek help immediately.

The fastest way to cool your body down is to put ice packs under your arm pits & the top of your head.
Listen to your bodies, even the most highly trained athletes can suffer from over heating.

Check brakes
Replace tubes & tires if needed
Bike wash
Test & or adjust your gears
Secure all caps
Check seat
Replace batteries in lights
Adjust helmet & or replace
Check your road gear
Check air carriages extra tubes & on the road tools
Test ride close to home
