The Boise Bistro Market is family owned and operated by Moe and Karen Stark and their son, Kurtis. We appreciate our customer’s support and friendship over the last 27 years and look forward to continuing to meet Boise’s culinary needs. In those 27 years, we’ve changed names and products but our goal has always been the same:

To provide superior-quality, fresh, and wholesome food products that appeal to consumers who demand great service and healthy choices. We aim to incorporate locally-produced ingredients from the Northwest as much as we can. We commit to uphold these values for our guests, employees, and our community. We want guests to walk out our doors happier and fuller than when they arrived.

The Boise Bistro Market is a fun, fast paced and energetic work place. We are looking for employees with excellent customer service skills and the ability to take direction and learn quickly. Restaurant experience is preferred but not required. We will teach the necessary skills to be successful. A Team Member must be able to follow all health and safety regulation enforce by Boise Bistro Market and Central District Health.

A Boise Bistro Team Member will be required to perform customer service and food preparation duties. Customer service includes but is not limited to: greeting and welcoming customers to the Boise Bistro Market, taking and filling customer orders, being knowledgeable on all products and services at the Boise Bistro Market, and completing transactions on the Point of Sale system. Food preparation duties include the cooking and assembly of menu items, knowledgeable food dating and rotation practices and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in food prep areas and in the restaurant.
