We are very passionate about beautiful, fresh produce.

Back home, enjoying the garden.
Borage, not only attractive to bee's, is a great garnish, and companion plant to tomato, spinach and legumes. The leaves can be sauteed and used any way you'd use a leafy green. I also love using the plant matter in the compost to boost nitrogen and an array of beneficial compounds to improve the soil. All rounder really :)

While is coming close to finishing up her time at and making her way back to Adelaide, we do have a very exciting announcement! She will be heading back to Kangaroo Island for a very special event over the weekend of June 9! Check out the details below and grab tickets by heading to Gastronomo Dining's website.

FireFeast is an exhilarating dining adventure that features two chefs, a winemaker, a bonfire, flaming cocktails, and a progressive banquet set inside a historic old shearer’s hut made from sugur gum trees.

Lit by flickering candlelight, each progressive course showcases the best of Kangaroo Island’s local and foraged produce that only a local knows where to find!

Your evening will be hosted by Adelaide chef Alana Brabin, Rose Kentish (.kentish) (from ), and The Enchanted Fig Tree’s event producer Nick Hannaford. Together, the trio bring the theatre of interactive dining to life as they cook, smoke, and flame each tasting course from an impressive fire pit.
