Ahoy, mateys! Step aboard the California Spirit and set sail for a night of swashbuckling adventure at our high-end pirate themed event! Our talented team transformed the ship into a captivating pirate's den, complete with burgundy velvet tables adorned with creative floral centerpieces featuring parrots, telescopes, compasses, bandanas, and more treasures!

As the sun sets on the horizon, 150 of our client’s top performers are welcomed by a crew of lively pirate performers who will guide them through an evening of merriment fit for the high seas. The atmosphere was alive with the spirit of adventure as guests embraced their inner pirates, donning their finest pirate garb and embracing the thrill of the open waters!

Join us in reliving the magic of this spectacular event, a night of celebration, camaraderie, and unforgettable memories. Yo-ho-ho, it's a pirate's life for us!

We recently had the pleasure of designing a spectacular corporate event that celebrated 6 different seasons/holidays in style. Our team brought the magic of Christmas, Summer, Easter, Mother's Day, Autumn, and Valentine's Day to life with stunning decor that wowed guests at every turn.

From festive linens to unique centerpieces, each area was meticulously designed to reflect the essence of the season/holiday, while also incorporating our client's branding seamlessly. Our scene sets stole the show with display arches, a life-sized snow globe, a giant Easter bunny, a surfing simulator, and so much more - creating an unforgettable experience for all in attendance.

Our team had the pleasure of transforming The Glass Cactus into a Texas-themed paradise for a recent corporate event!

From cowboy hats and bandanas to decorative cacti, Texas flags, and cowboy boots, every detail was meticulously crafted to capture the essence of the Lone Star State. It was a joy to see our centerpieces bring an authentic touch of Texas charm to the event, adding a special flair that was loved by all attendees.

This morning we’re looking back at this elevated awards gala we did last May at the fabulous Hyatt Regency Orlando. We LOVE how this concept turned out, with black linens, napkins, and vessels, paired with beautiful white blooms in several designs.

We have the good fortune to be back in Dubai, and helped create an extraordinary appreciation dinner at the incredible Museum of the Future!

Unique, contemporary floral arrangements in purples and reds adorned tables set in silver, complimented with modern glassware. Additional 15’ white circular tables with open centers were interspersed, and, in collaboration with the talented team from Elevate, human flower dancers, disco ball performers, and a rotating contortionist, served as living centerpieces for guests.

We won’t soon forget this spectacular venue, and the smiles, laughter and joy of attendees.

It’s an Awards Gala for our client’s 1,100 attendees, and we’ve dressed the Disney Yacht & Beach Club Convention Center ballroom in their corporate colors, with dazzling floral centerpieces perfect for the celebration!

The site for our client’s Welcome event is the spectacular Armani Hotel event pavilion at the base of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Elegant floral centerpieces are paired with sparkling crystal, silver and white vessels to help create a magical welcome to Dubai.

An inspiring Global Sales Kickoff at the Intercontinental Dubai - Festival City had us design an evolving General Session for 550 attendees. The concept was to provide a different look and feel each day related to the theme of their evening event.

The first day was black and white for Armani. Utilizing a tiered seating format, we had white leather couches with black pillows right in front. The next row consisted of alternating lounge chairs in black and white, separated by small side tables. Banquet chairs covered in black and white spandex chair covers were next, with pub tables in the back featuring black runners and white leather bar stools.

Day two took a more traditional Arabian feel, covering the black lounge chairs with a beautiful local fabric, matching pillows for couches, and red spandex covers replacing the black. Traditional lanterns were placed on the side tables.

The final day was a DubaI club feel. Alternating pink and purple chair caps that angled in the back replaced the red chair covers. Purple throw pillows were placed on couches. Side tables were removed and replaced with glow cubes and orbs. And purple runners went on the pub tables with similar glow orbs.

We designed two different Executive Dinners in this gorgeous villa overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Dreamy designs, one in a tropical paradise palette of aqua’s and sunset hues, and the other taking a more elegant look in black and white.

This intimate Executive Dinner was held at The One&Only Palmilla Herb Garden, and we set a table in lush green velvet, accentuated with pink and white florals, along with touches of gold.

The Chapel at the One&Only Palmilla is a revered spot on this beautiful property, perfectly nestled into the hillside that rises up from the sea. It serves as a special setting for two VIP dinners, with ocean colored velvet linens, gorgeous florals in reds, oranges and pinks built into black candelabras accented with faux black ruffled roses trimmed in gold, copper charger plates, and black napkins with a gold flowery napkin treatment.

As the sun sets on a day of travel, our 310 VIPs make their way past spectacular vistas that are everywhere at the beautiful One&Only Palmilla resort in Los Cabos, our home for the week. We’re setting the tone for our guest’s time in Mexico with a fun and festive Day of the Dead Welcome Dinner - with bright colors, a variety of tropical florals and glass lantern centerpieces, and interactive living entertainment from Elevate.
