This is the first Memorial Day that our Chinese American WWII Veterans are officially honored as Congressional Gold Medal recipients. Proud to have been a part of this effort and of my WWII veteran father. So honored and proud of our video production for the Chinese American Citizens Alliance-Seattle to honor the five living Chinese American WWII veterans in WA state as they receive the recognition finally deserved after 75 years - The Congressional Gold Medal. Wish my father was still alive to receive his in person, but I am so proud to receive it on his behalf.
