EMERALD EVENTS TURNS 7!

It’s crazy to think 7 years ago Emerald Events had their first wedding in Osterville at Nauticus Marina for Pat and Chelsea! The hottest day by far, a true labor of love, but I knew it was something special I had created!

30 amazing couples and many more to come, a growing team and countless lessons learned, i am so proud of EE and excited to see what comes next!

I'm not sure about you —but besides my dress, my shoes, and my jewelry, picking the right shade nail polish for my wedding day makes me a little anxious. I cannot tell you why, maybe because the options are endless!

I usually tell my brides to go with some sort of neutral color that wont be the main focus in their photos! Just be sure its not the same color as your skin tone, cause you to look washed out!

New tip on the blog this week!
number your RSVP cards!

This doesn’t have to be anything crazy, a small number in the bottom right corner on the back will do!
•
But this way it is easy to track who has not yet returned their RSVP as they’re getting closer to the return date.
•
Or, if a guest forgets to put their name on their card when returning, you still know who it is.
•

When planning your wedding be sure to have signage in your budget! ESPECIALLY if you plan to move guests throughout the venue!
•
Having a sign showing where to go for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at super important!
•
Other great ones are restrooms, photo booth and bar!
They can be creative like this one here as a WELCOME sign!
