Sonnig Records LLC Sonnig Records is a music production and entertainment company. We produce and promote recordings and offer entertainment by world class musicians.

Our pages: Audiophiles find the unexpected, and our "Jazz In" groups advocate for live music. Founded in 2002, Sonnig Records produces, promotes, and licenses sound recordings by jazz vocalist Changamire, songwriter and trombonist Lincoln Ross, pianist Skip Fennell, and other artists, many of which have acquired numerous awards and impressive sales. Between recording releases, the promoti

on of Sonnig Records continues by sponsoring events of interest. Affiliated events have attracted up to 500 attendees. Associates have included Apple, the National Gallery of Art, Grand Embassy of Georgia to the United States, Cultural Institute of the Embassy of Italy, Korbel Champagne, Black Enterprise Magazine, Burberry, Young Benefactors of the Smithsonian Institute, the Washington Performing Arts Society, Brooks Brothers, Ronald Reagan International Trade Center, DC Commission on the Arts, Georgia-America Business Council, the African and American Women's Association, and Young Lawyers Corporate Productions. Sonnig Records is a member of the Washington Performing Arts Society, Washington Area Music Association, Friends of the Corcoran Gallery of Art, American Federation of Musicians, BMI, Cultural Tourism DC, and Chamber Music America. While it has several charitable interests, Sonnig Records directs a majority of this effort towards exposing urban professionals, ages 25 - 40, to higher standards of art and to various cultures. Its champagne Salute to Romare Bearden in association with the National Gallery of Art, a group viewing of the Tony-nominated urban play Topdog/Underdog, and A Taste of Jazz in Tbilisi, a tribute to the Republic of Georgia exemplify this commitment. Its most recent project, Come to Washington: A Song for the City, encompasses several civic and charitable entities. In addition, Sonnig Records is a long-time supporter of the Lambi Fund of Haiti and Sankofa International. Sonnig Records continues to gain leverage in the entertainment industry, while solidifying its position as a Washington, DC community-minded business.
