We have been asked by many Islands Against Cancer, Inc patients to bring together our local connections, vendors, service providers, physicians etc. into one location for a Cancer Conference of sorts. Our nonprofit (Islands Against Cancer, Inc) is willing to do this and we are seeking a venue willing to partner with us to get it done. Venue in the Charleston, SC and surrounding area please. Our work weekend has come to an end. We were all over Charleston this weekend working alongside Seay Event Rentals on many of our events. Another 13 1/2 hour day on our feet fighting torrential downpours, high winds , and a lot of unexpected hurdles. But the sun always comes out again. What a beautiful night and a beautiful wedding congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Foglio.

Headed out this afternoon to Charlotte, NC to do some work for Islands Against Cancer, Inc. I appreciate board member, a local nurse, and good friend Anna Brinson Monk for joining me for this outing as we figure out more ways to assist local cancer patients, caregivers, and the medical community as they take on cancer in our communities. This is surely a love/hate part of my life. May Daddy, Kim, Nana, Aunt Betty, Uncle Raymond, and countless friends and family members be riding shotgun as we set out to do great things for all in 2024. The first step happens today.
