Mexico City bites - the ones I took photos of were mostly of the chilaquiles varietals.
- The Fideo Chilaquiles with Salsa Verde was delicious and I absolutely fell in love with all the fresh juice blends and fresh fruit and coconut blends

I’d tell these girls, “You’re strong, you’re smart, youre uniquely you, you’re a badass and you’re going to handle anything that comes your way while meeting incredible people, shedding lots of tears, and having more good times than you can count. It all works out the way it should.”

Our newest bite, inspired by the confectionary counters (the first time I saw glass cases full of stuffed dates for sell I knew I had to come back and create a signature Maddox Lane option 🩵). Our Dubai Date Bites are made with Arizona grown large Medjool dates, filled with pistachio birds nest phyllo pastry & pistachio butter, finished with 60% dark chocolate and chopped pistachio. Look out for these as they pop up on the menu and always available for special orders (100 or more delivered!).

It’s an honor to build trust with our clients, to be invited in your home, whether through our meal delivery service or private chef events, food here is personal and made with so much love. Celebrating the team that makes it all happen 🩵

In a small business, your people can make or break you, and in the day to day it’s easy to get lost in the work of it all. Connecting outside of the kitchen space and spending time sharing gratitude and celebrating what we have achieved as a team this year was a beautiful way to wrap up 2025 for Maddox Lane.

Each person brings their own bit of uniqueness and magic to what we do…Ola with her love for cooking, Ashley and her excitement around events and people, Jacob with his solid consistency and all around integrity and growth, Paris with her passion for food, Marlena with her artistic eye and love for baking, Stella who loves her family and taking care of people, Robert a true perfectionist and mentor in the kitchen, Misty who we would all be screwed without, Marianna with her youthful energy…it’s easy to recognize the awesomeness in each person here.

Thankful for you, these great people and a wrap on another year here!
