Since the Peanut Butter Eggs are a big hit for Easter, we have been asked for the last couple of years to do Balls. SO WE WILL BE MAKING THESE IN DECEMBER IN TIME FOR XMAS

NEXT STOP Chile Pepper Festival is this coming this weekend Sept 6th and 7th from 9am to 6pm.
GPS setting 233 Bowers rd. Bowers Pa. We will have our food trailer at this event. We will be serving our smoked wings, pulled pork nachos, Hawg Fries, pulled pork sandwiches, brisket sandwich's, smoked hot dogs, fried RIBS, Thunder Crunch Fries, Mac & Cheese, garlic smashed potatoes, Hilbilly baked beans, Cole slaw. We also will have all our sauces, and rubs. Hope to see you there, this is a great event.

HAVE A SAFE MEMORIAL DAY AND GOD BLESS
Thank you to all the brave men and women that have fought for our countries freedom and still do to this day. We would not know what losing our freedom would feel like if it wasn't for the brave men and women. Many have sacrificed there lives for this freedom and it should not be taken lightly. So lets remember all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice while serving in our country's armed forces, and please thank the ones that have served, and are still serving to keep us safe.
