It’s truly so special to me when I capture milestones but when it’s a couple who’s wedding I captured? 🥹 Makes my heart truly melt. ❤️

We had a light rain that day with a bit of chilly weather. Arielle looked like a total earth fairy within the trees and having her dress trace the path. 🧚

Time and time again I will always preach to couples to always do what desire for your celebration. There is no “correct” way to get married but YOUR way. 🙌

And that is what this Amy and Austin did. They celebrated their day together how they truly wanted to in every detail. They booked a fun eclectic airbnb to get ready at, have cake, and come back home to after dinner. Amy mentioned to me that the airbnb was very special because it was literally an inspiration to her dream home. It was filled with vintage beauty’s and artistic walls. They wanted their day to be relaxing, go with the flow, and no stuffy or intense timeline.

We started their day with them getting ready slowly and laughing with friends. Afterwards, they decided to have their couple portraits before the ceremony. We adventured down to Downtown Tyler. Their vision was to have an urban vibe and that’s what they got! Fun fact; the area where we’re in front of a building wall isn’t there anymore!

After their fun portraits we headed over to their ceremony spot which was only two minutes away. A beautiful residential garden called Pyron Garden. This gorgeous garden is open to the public and it’s free! So if you’re looking for a unique spot to say “I do” this place is amazing! It was important to them to have a very intimate ceremony. They were surrounded by their closest loved ones.

It was truly a sweet and intimate elopement day with no rush or hassle. Just how they wanted it ❤️

I‘M CALLING MYSELF OUT… 😬

I’ve been really slacking on sharing the beautiful sessions I’ve captured during this year. I have SO many galleries that I just haven’t got around to. To be honest with you all, you know, if you’ve worked with me, that your gallery will not have the typical 15-20 images. As a documentary photographer, I capture EVERY little cute moment and I just can’t NOT give them all to you. So when it comes to sharing the images, I have such a hard time choosing which ones to share, but I give up! Sorry… not sorry, but I will be sharing A LOT of images in the future so you can see all of the fun little tidbits from my galleries. 🥰

Today’s lineup is Madison and Jackson’s engagement session. For this session, they wanted to share their love for music, coffee, and vintage style with a cute picnic. I had a lot of fun capturing their love and running all over Rockledge Park. We even had surprise visitors during the shoot. Two adorable bunnies shined their cute little faces! After the picnic, we ventured over to the water and had a little indie movie moment with them trudging off into the lake to get some cinematic shots of them in the water. I love when my people trust me and go with the flow. That is is how true art is made. Good energy, a sense of adventure, and a passionate photographer who always says, just one more. 🤪

I love when my people want to get creative with their bridals and have a session that truly represents them. Kylie wanted a filmy vibe and to bring several of her favorite books and her favorite plushy!

To top off this shoot we used the beautiful studio AM2PM studios located in Houston. Everything about this beautiful studio fit my style perfectly! I was in heaven! 😍

and it’s been one of the best gifts I’ve given myself. 🥹 My first ever camera was a little red digital camera. I took it with me everywhere I went & it was what got me to really fall in love with photography. I’ve had this camera for a week now and it’s been SO much fun bringing it out taking videos and photos & just throwing it in my purse. The photos aren’t “professional” by any means but it’s been so refreshing having a fun camera since I can’t take my work camera everywhere. Who’s ready for me to share some pics? 🥰
