RIP Trugoy. De La was the first rap group we ever met, we all used to party in the Red Parrot in 1991. The Daisy Age was real, Onyx had dreadlocks and crazy hair styles because of De La Soul’s influence in hip hop. We put a lot of skits on the Bacdafucup album because De La Soul did it first on their album 3 Feet High and Rising. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
