🎄 Merry Christmas all! 🎄
What a year 2024 has been. Thank you again to all our incredible florists, florist friends, last minute helpers, those willing to do midnight pack downs, prop teams, family, supplier buddies, wholesalers and growers (you guys really do rock!) and kind shop neighbours who really have made this year another belter! A huge merry Christmas and massive thank you too to our fabulous customers; the new ones this year has brought us and the many, many ones who keep coming back! We truly are so grateful that you trust us with such special occassions!
We are off for mince pies, champagne and eating and will return in January at some point! Have a good 'un!

Whilst this year's wreaths have yet again been incredibly eclectic, our traditional, fruit-laden designs are still the number one request. Lush.
All of our wreaths are 100 percent handcrafted; from the mossed base to the selecting and cutting of the foliage, individually wiring each dec and making the bow. Each design truly is a one-of-a-kind, created especially for you, right here in Westcliff on Sea. Shop local this Christmas.

What a crazy, bonkers, whirlwind of a few weeks we have just had. When all your favourite clients want you all at once!
Thank you to all of our incredible clients who have kept us so unbelievably busy with some seriously awesome work and to all of our prospective clients who are patiently waiting for us to chat to them about their future events too!
To say it has been exhausting is an understatement but it's been oh so worth it!
We flowered our final wedding of the year for a lovely couple at the gorgeous , worked endlessly flowering a beautiful film set somewhere near Potters Bar (thank you for being my awesome support on this one!), taught 80 of you how to make THE most stunning door wreaths, flowered 3 events (thank you and for always trusting us!), bought ALL the eucalyptus, smashed several vases, had midnight pack-downs (thanks you life saver....), 5am starts, countless beautiful tributes to create, 3 flowery trips to central and North London, made the most gorgeous Christmas garland that I wanted to keep, nearly got stuck in a lift in Kings Cross and survived on biscuits and tea.
The studio has honestly never been so full to bursting with the most beautiful flowers and it's not over yet. Today is all about crafting our final wreath orders and delivering them to their new homes, before preparing for our biggest and last wreath class tomorrow. Somewhere in amongst the madness, our own festivities (and Christmas shopping!) can begin and sometime I will share the delights we have created too!

🎄Welcome to the life of a florist in December.....
These will not be clean until January....
We are 5 wonderful wreath classes down with plenty more to go, have our first festive event of the season tomorrow, have just flowered our final wedding of the year, have 3 incredible events and some seriously beautiful flowers for filming on location to create.... and that is just this week alone.......
You lot really are keeping these broken hands busy!
Our emails and admin may be a little slow at the mo whilst we flower our way through this next week or so, so thank you all for patience!

All the textures and colours of autumn for yesterday's gorgeous dinner.

It really does make us very happy little florists when our clients trust us with their brief. They trust our choice of flowers, our recommendation of colour palette and the style of design too. What an absolute priviledge to have such fab customers!
With our final two weddings of the year on the horizon, a mammoth couple of weeks coming up, a mass of wreath classes and the start of festive season; we most certainly are not winding down for the year!
Our emails and proposals may be a little slower at the moment whilst we work through this busy period, but we thank you all for your patience and amazing support in keeping us VERY, VERY busy!

Whilst we ADORE colour here, sometimes a good 'ol white wedding is in order.

What a bloody fantastic wedding this was. When M&M came to us with their vision of how they would like their day to look and feel, we instantly fell in love!
The colour palette, the flower choice, the hanging tassels, the disco vibes, the bride's cape.... the entire vibe just felt so right.
To say we loved every second of it, is an understatement.
When the clients, suppliers and vision match so well, true magic really does happen. 💕

As our autumn weddings head to a close, it's time for us to take stock, breathe and catch up on the mountain of emails, enquiries, beautiful 'thank yous' and exciting opportunities that are spilling out of our inbox!
It's been an incredibly busy couple of weeks and our social content is certainly lacking.... but we have some gorgeous events and weddings that we cannot wait to share with you.
The next two weeks are all about catching up.... so if you are awaiting a proposal, quotation or an answer to your enquiry, keep your eye on those inboxes, I shall work through them as quickly as I can!

Oh autumn you beauty..........
What a busy few weeks we have had over here. Who thought October was for slowling things down a little....
Heading into another beautiful wedding weekend, a shake-up of the shop from summer to autumn (sort of....), a mass clean, clear and rebox of props, candelabra, glassware and candles, consultations, quotes, quotes, quotes, corporate events and Christmas garlanding (yes really!). Who needs time for posting on socials anyway? 🤣

If I had to name my favourite centrepiece style to create, it would always be the candle circlet. Not the stiff, rigid, boring type; the organic, free-flowing wild and free type. Full of texture and lush, layered flowers and created to encase the hurricane lanterns or storm vases in a mass of soft blooms, to me, they are the perfect piece. Teamed with geometric lanterns at the gorgeous , this type of design oozes romance and grace.
Thankfully you lot love them too and we have so many gorgeous circlets to make. We cannot wait!
