This is the story of Palikao ...

This project is dedicated to our grand ma’s. Mine was born in 1910 in a small village near Oran in Algeria, North Africa, named PALIKAO... At this time, Muslims, Jews and Christians were living together and couscous was shared for Christmas, Shabbat and Aid... My grand ma’s unique and generous recipe of couscous has been transmitted through generations across Mediterranean Sea from Algeria to France, then to Israel, and very recently, to California across Atlantic Ocean...
