Farewell 2025, you big, beautiful baddie. The year of the most weddings yet! A whopping 44 in total, clocking up kms across the Central West, Southern Highlands, Central Coast, New England, Riverina, South Coast, Hunter Valley, Victoria and South Australia!

Hard work? Yes. Tiring, challenging and stretching at times? Of course. Deeply fulfilling and the most fun I’ve ever had at work? You bloody bet.

I’m wildly passionate about creating experiences that create meaningful connections and core memories, that crack hearts wide open and let joy pour in, all while celebrating people in a way that feels authentic to them.

And what a delight it is to do this alongside so many other magnificent, generous, fun-loving, clever creatives who really leave it all out on the field every single time they show up.

Very tired, but very, very grateful. Here’s to more great weddings with more great humans in 2026 🫶🏼🥂

“You can’t possibly plan a wedding in 8 weeks?!” Hold my espresso martini…

This is Sallie and Myles. Sallie and Myles enquired with me about their wedding in the magnificent Adelaide Hills, initially planned for August 2026. When I told them about our Big Trip, I joked that if they wanted to move their entire wedding forward by 12 months, I’d marry them while we were on the road. And blow me down with a feather, that’s exactly what they did.

Instead of planning a wedding in 18 months, they pulled everything together in just 8 weeks. They still had all their fave vendors and suppliers (because winter!) friends rallied, family travelled, I stashed an extra outfit into a packing compression cube and slid it under the front seat of the ute (had to be , because when in SA!) and Sallie and Myles even went to the trouble of buying a speaker and a microphone for me to use, because they knew we were travelling with limited space. That’s just the kind of deeply thoughtful, kind and generous people they are. And would you just look at their beaming faces?! Pure, unadulterated joy at getting to marry their best mate, in a place that means so much to them. THEY BLOODY DID IT.

This time last year, I was celebrating with Claire + Stephen.

We met as strangers at a pub in Sydney, and by the time their wedding day arrived, it felt like I was marrying two of my wonderful friends. I’m really not kidding when I say that I become emotionally attached to couples that I work with! (Not me being a Stage 5 Clinger…)

Happy Wedding Anniversary, my friends. This day will forever live rent free in my mind! 🩷🧡

Pippa was an absolute gem as our celebrant + MC!
From the moment we first met her, she brought a warmth and energy that made us feel instantly at ease.

Pippa is not just organised and professional; she’s also incredibly funny and a total legend who truly understands how to make a wedding day unforgettable. 🩷 ANNA + LIAM 🩷

Pippa, no one does it like she does it. From helping with vows to getting photos with the cows, she covered every base. She went above and beyond to help us and no job was too big or too small. We could not have asked for a more friendly, down-to-earth, resourceful, passionate wedding celebrant and MC.

Pippa clearly loves her job and takes such pride in her work, she devotes herself to making sure everything comes together on the day and keeps you level headed when you’re worried about all the little things.

The way Pippa organises absolutely everything, from the vendors to photos (professional whip-cracker) and back to hand delivering your wedding cake to guests is second to none. We are so glad we had the privilege of getting Pippa to marry us.

She knows her craft inside and out, and thanks to Pippa, our day went as seamlessly as it did. We don’t think it’s hyperbole to say we couldn’t have done it without her.

“Pippa helped us create the most wonderful, magical ceremony we could have dreamt of. From the first meeting six months prior, she was supportive, prepared, engaging and brought a really easy process to planning the ceremony.

The ceremony itself was beautiful, emotional, funny and actually just perfect. We all went from smiling to crying to laughing and back again, about ten times in 30 minutes! Everyone we’ve spoken to since the big day said what a great job Pippa did, and deservedly so. Pippa helped us tell our story in the most amazing way possible.

Not only was she incredible on the day but in the lead up with writing vows, all the way through to helping find emergency dress repairs one week out from the wedding. Our ceremony was incredible thanks to Pippa’s warm, enthusiastic and funny personality. Our ceremony was tailored to exactly what we wanted. There is no one else we would have had as our celebrant! Absolutely amazing and feel like Will + I are lucky enough to have acquired a new friend!”

You know how sometimes, you try to describe just how glorious and magnificent something that you witnessed was, but words fail you, and the best thing you can come up with is to say ‘You had to be there’?

That’s how I feel about Amy + Andy’s wedding. No matter how hard I try to articulate just how breathtakingly magical every inch of this day was, I’ll inevitably fall miles short.

I adore these photos of Amy + Andy’s guests that captured perfectly - each one of them bursting with excitement and happiness and warmth, wearing their brightest colours and so ready to celebrate.

When I pronounced Amy and Andy as officially married, the applause was rapturous. And it went on, and on, and on… and ON. It’s the longest applause I’ve EVER heard at a wedding. Everyone just kept on clapping, such was their unbridled joy at getting to witness two of the most wonderful human beings celebrate their love.

This ceremony was the very definition of joy, and I passionately believe this is how your ceremony can and should feel.

Thank you, Amy + Andy for having me on your special day. It was truly unforgettable. I’m SO happy I was there.
