One of the fears I have been able to let go of in my life is reinventing myself. I’ve done it so many times that it comes quite naturally to me now 🤣

Another one: yesterday in yoga class I did a headstand for the first time 🥳 That was actually way scarrier for me. no joke. I couldn’t stop smiling after I did it though!

Anyway, a little birthday gift to myself: going back to my beloved vlogs and now that I know I am staying in Phuket because I friggin love this place I can commit to it on a new level! I want to show you all why I love Phuket so much. It has been a place of learning, healing, laughing, crying, growing, amazing food, incredible people and so much more and I can’t wait to share more of it with you.

I will still be hosting retreats here (next ones: January & April - more about them soon) so I can also show you in person the magic that happens over here. 🤩
