The beginnings of beginning of an Italian feast - antipasto, focaccia & grissini.

‘Twas followed by lasagne bolognese, meatballs, tortellini cacio e Pepe, chopped salad, broccoli fried garlic, those hot pockets, and a Tiramisu- none of which I got a picture of . It was a blast to be rolling pasta again.

The working weekend ended quietly at home with a Zuni Cafe style salad a local chicken and roasted over a ciabatta, greens, cucumbers, radish and the sweetest snap peas + an surprising, delicious, complex Finger Lakes, NY Chardonnay (that color you!) from

( those snap peas! Arugula & the tiniest cucumbers, radishes) + (herbs) + chicken & ciabatta

It’s not all handmade pasta with flowers and tweezers—- fancy junk food is our most favorite!!
