On very very special occasions, this dish is one that definitely requires an amount of labour and time to prepare. Traditionally deboning a whole chicken (I must admit not to have rhe expertise to do so), tho this loaf version is as good too.

The Cheese Pimiento - a blend of cream cheese and cheddar cheese, roasted capsicums in creamy mayo and condensed milk. Just the right balance of sweet and savoury. Great w crackers or toast 🎄🥂🎄

We've received requests for our dishes to be available so here we go!

This Friday and Saturday dinner, we are offering bao buns, java rice and stir fried noodles to go with your favourites. Our homemade spring rolls will also be available on the side.

Come and grab them for a limited time, taking preorders (cut off time 3pm) and scheduled pick ups (between 5 to 7pm) working under Level 3 restrictions.

I know a few of you have been missing us as we have been a little bit quiet as of late, I have great news we are going to be operating at Level 3 doing a contactless service this Thursday-Saturday with, an order cut off time of 3pm each day to allow time to prep all your orders.⁠

Pick up will be from the Knighton road, Hillcrest Area. ⁠

As we have to manage physical distancing in an unusual setup like our place, pre ordering is necessary so we can schedule your pick up times. This means that we can only accommodate a limited number of orders each day. All orders once booked needs to be paid before the order is confirmed. Get in well you can or even book right now to secure your spot!⁠

Have you ever tried a Filipino All Day Breakfast (in the local lingo - it is called "Tapsilog" - meaning TAP for Tapa (grilled cured meat of any sort, in my case it will be beef sirloin, SI - sinangag which means garlic fried rice, and LOG for itlog, which means eggs. It comes with side pickled salads to balance off the lightly sweet and savoury flavour of the meat. It also "awakens" the palette as the salad has the tanginess and slightly sweetness flavour. Its definitely worth a try though.😀 ⁠
